I have done a Q&A thread at the Swedish forum and let Anders Bringdal (part 1-7), Antoine (part 9), and Patrick D (part 8) answer the questions.

And now I have made the effort to try to translate episode 1 into english. Is anyone interested to see 2-7 with subtitles?
(About boom height, board trim canal vs choppy water, speedkites & boats vs windsurf etc)

Really good discussion. One idea on the subtitles, think about using yellow text. SBS an Australian broadcaster who broadcast some foreign material always use yellow text for their subtitles as its much easier to read than white text.

This episode is about, "what is the difference between trimming for a light vs heavy sailor",
Since all guys on site where 95-115 kg, I asked Patrick (95kg) whom rigs sails for both Lena Erdil (about 60-65 kg) and Karin Jaggi.

Thanks a lot. Really enjoyed it!!!.

For the next vid, can you make the subtitles so that they don't fade in or out? That way they stay visible for longer.

Anders,
Nice write up and vids.

PS - don't you know the Swiss are superior and have never been any good at apologising
The international speed windsurfing scene is a very friendly community and has an open and positive mind-set. One exception, Bjorn D, who lived up to his reputation ???The terminator ???, I can say a lot about him, but it is enough to tell you that the first day he trashed my new 5.6 speed sail on the trailer with an assy-boom head and did not give me any excuse or show any regret. (You can see the duct tape in the picture above).

The second episode of Speed TV is about how fast you sails on Jaws (Pe??ahi, Maui) and how it would work with old gear in the Luderitz canal.
