Just received my DVD, fantastic value for $30.00. I started looking at it with Evets, about 1100, it's now 1800 and I still haven't checked out the movies. There's some great shots in there, brings back the whole experience.

Can I can claim the best splash?



Was trying to do a speccy upwind carve in front of the camera, but my back foot got washed off the board.

Daffy probably makes more white water from his gybes, but that's a nice neat rooster tail, not a messy afair like this.

And can anybody spot the camera magnet that Bender's wearing???? Must be on him somewhere.

I saw loads of great photos on Decrepits copy (including one or two of Bender). If you were at the speed fortnight I recommend getting a copy

I think she was amazed that I was even sailing. I think it must have been the first time I was captured on film in the wilds of Sandy Point. It was her lucky day.

Sometimes it is good not to see yourself on film and see the 'technique'

Thanks Jodie - great photos. We are so lucky to have you supporting this event. I agree with Decrep - all those photos and your time and effort, sand damage to equipment etc should be worth more than $30. I happily blow more than that in petrol every trip to Sandy Point.

I did actually gave 40 bucks to Jodie even before seeing the photos because like people said its a hard job been standing in the wind and sand for hrs!! Plus how many chance would you have to have someone doing pics of you that close, that good Thank you again Jodie for the fantastic photos
