Thanks Andrew ! Would you rather have a method to save the file properly so it can be exported to ka72 ?

I'm not quite sure what you mean? When I finish my session I always go to the MISC menu and select SAVE > SAVE ALL. This saves the internal .SBP file and the .SPD file to the card and I then save them in my computer (You really should save all your files in your own computer). I assume you can then upload the .sbp file, or the .sbn to KA72. (both contain the essential data for the program to process your run.

Normally, I would run one of these files on RealSpeed or GPS-Results (or GPSAR-Pro) and then upload/post. I am not very familiar with KA72 but it a wonderful resource for those who don't want to use the other programs.

thanks Andrew !! will pass it on !

I have no idea how a gt31 works as I find the canmore sufficient for me (If one day I score a 40 knt 500 m I might consider one !!)

Ka 72 and it's link to gpstc is just what the average sailor needs !! simple with a great "video" replay and easy to understand.

OK. I didn't realise that because you mentioned the .spd file. I didn't realise the Canmore GPS made a .spd file.

no no no ! you were right.

I was asking the question for one of my team mates (gt 31 owner) who posted her session and only got max speed and distance.

Dylan,

when returning to ka72 I always have to log in though I ticked the remember login box previously.
