Hi guys,
we need some help.

We have 4 kids form 8 yo to 12 yo and they all love going fast. 2 of them are on race cam sails and 2 younger one ore on NCX's for now.
3 are using Fanatic Falcon 60 cm wide and it appears the best board for their skill and need. They tried all different boards over the last 12 months and all of them settled on a Fanatic 89/90 litre one. It appears it is the best board & size in pretty much any wind up 28 -30 knots.
Problem is that one boy doesn't have Fanatic and it shows the difference. Once he borrows Fanatic 90 he is as fast as other 3.

Therefore, I would like to ask you if anybody has a Fanatic Falcon 89 or 90 (60 cm wide) from 2016 to 2018 for sale or knows anyone who might have it laying around, and might consider selling it. 2019 would be fine too but it would be hard to spend $1,800 or so for a kids board at this stage as we already spend thousands for their gear.

Thank you for your time and your consideration.

George

Sounded too good to be true so I had a look, its not on their site that I can see....? There's a 2012 model for $500 which is way older than he wants, so don't think he's going to get one for $400 unless its farked

Thanks to all for help!

I looks I might get the 2016 board, exactly the same as another 2, from Ken from Sydney. Price is good too.
Nicky, (10 yo) can't wait. He is sharing one with his brother at this moment. Doesn't want to sail the slower Starboard any more.

Will post some photos & drone footage of little speedsters once it arrives.

Thanks again

Glad you found one! However, Just curious, you know that Starboard is not a slalom board is it - Looks like an old Supercross? Have they tried iSonics or even Futuras? Don't get me wrong, Falcons are fast & maybe it's good to "even the playing field" by having them on similar boards. But just saying, Plenty of other quick Slalom boards out there...

Yes, I know. It's an old (2006) S-type 70 litre Starboard. That suppose to be his fast board but I did not expect him to progress so quickly.
2 boys only started windsurfing in mid January this year. They were planning in harness and foot straps in 4-5 weeks. Water starting in around 5 weeks and on slalom gear and cam Overdrive Mach 2 5.5 in about 5 months. Now they are practising long 4-5 km runs over the bay in choppy water and they love it. Next plan is planning jibe with planning exit. Hopefully before Christmas.

I used iSonic's till 2 months ago so I know they are great boards. However, I bought first Fanatic 90 and all kids tried it and mediately love that board. We also tried all different fins and settled on Vector Volt 30 and 32. Since we know it works really well for them, we don't really want to experiment any more. It's quite expensive and there is not much advice available for kids who weight only between 27 to 43 kg. There are so many things to make sure to work; foot straps position, mast track, fins etc. Plus as you mention, having the same board makes them equal and competitive. Plus they share new settings findings, tuning tips etc, it's great.

I definitely am but it was not easy. My daughter tried it when she was 7 and did not like it at all so I stopped pushing her. Then she got interested when I took my 6 yo son and she was 10. From that time she started to like it and when she plane for the first time it was a game changer. And I learned how to motivate kids, had to totally change my approach. NO MORE EXPECTATIONS, AND MAKE IT ALWWAYS EXCITING. Nice sunny weather, warm flat water, exploring sand banks etc. Having another kids around help a lot.
