The 500m column is the straight 500m. There is an Alpha column but it does not seem to register Alphas for me in FW V2006.

In any case, it is better to use one of the stand alone software analysis tools which gives you a lot more options for analysis.

You can also click the blue link on each log's date to access the detailed log page. It has more data on the log, a form to fill info and the best 5 runs in each category on which you can click too to compare each run on a chart.

You don't have to delete logs. You can view the memory space used on the homepage (currently 0%). There's 4GB of it so about 400 5hours logs at 10Hz.
