Planning to come over from Tasmania to Australia in early 2014 (Feb or March ideally).

Have done some planning and looking at previous threads but would appreciate any info where to stay and best time to go. Lake George is really the priority with sandy point a bonus.

Don't mind camping or hotels/caravan parks... pretty flexible so any info/suggestion appreciated

We'll probably be at LG Feb-March, Stayed there about the same time this year and had a ball. Out of holiday season there's plenty of accommodation, we'll be looking for onsite vans/cabins. Early this year as we started in school holidays we rented a house for a couple of weeks, but this time we won't bother booking.

Would be hard to book accomodation and be stuck going to sandy point first when its howling at LG... that would bring tears...
