Sorry if this has been asked/answered already. Recently my mini motion is producing lots of small files. Eg today I was on the water for a couple of hours and I've got 14 files! So I have two questions maybe some one can help with. (A) can I stop it from doing this and go back to making a single file (I have a slight suspicion this started after firmware update to 3175 but not certain). (B) is there a way to stitch the files I now have together before uploading to KA72? Cheers

I just updated to 3199, fixed everything. email support.

I don't recall anyone experiencing that issue or raising it on here before but as Te Hau says if you send an email to support@motion-gps.com with the id number of your mini and the firmware version you're running, you should get a response fairly quickly

Thanks. Yep I've now emailed support. See what comes back. It's a weird problem. Any recommendations on stitching the little bits and pieces together would d still be welcome

Also just realised I meant oao, not aoa...

gps speedreader has a 'combine files' function under Files, I haven't ever used it but worth a try

GPS Speedreader will combine oao files.

Thanks all, I've now got an updated firmware which I'll try next time and will have a crack at combining the files. Happy sad tiling (that was how autocorrect first rendered "happy sailing", seemed too funny to delete)
