Long time no post! I was just browsing the site today and tidying up some of the data on it, and thought I'd post the fastest sailing spots on the site.

In reverse order of max speed, the 15 sailing spots that have posted 40+ knot speeds are:

15. Some unnamed spot in SA. ;-)
14. Yoyos, WA
13. Stanley, Tasmania
12. Strand Horst, Netherlands
11. Mandurah, WA
10. Port Sorell, Tasmania
9. Kanaha, Maui
8. Zushi, Japan
7. Melville Beach, WA
6. Grundys/Goolwa, SA
5. Tarifa, Spain
4. Burrum Heads, Qld
3. Sandy Point, VIC
2. Klickitat River, Lyle WA, USA
1. ARooBar, Chinook WA, USA

Congrats all.

The site is still chugging along, still free, and I'm so busy with work at the moment that I'm not doing much with it. Competition integration is almost there, but I need a few clear days to finish it off.

Remember that anyone can edit location information for tracks, so if you spot one that needs fixing up, feel free to do it. I'm also hoping to automate some location stuff, so that it doesn't rely on everyone typing in the location manually.

Any other suggestions or input gratefully received. I have a list of "Things to Do" with the site, that I am happy to add to.

Dylan.

Don't panic shear tip. 40 has fallen a few times in NSW and one day it will happen on Lake Dangerous.
