I know this has been asked before.
I'm trying to find portable contents online and not having much success. My gear lives in my van. I want cover in case someone steals the van and burns it and all the gear.. That's my main concern..
We have a farm policy and I've been told that if I can find someone for the gear I may have to give them all the home contents as well. This will make claiming in the case of a housefire a bit of a pain as we'll have several policies.. Anyway.. anyone got cover or can suggest someone who does gear coverage?

All sorted. In case anyone else is after insurance I got cover through Youi.
Had to take the contents away from the farm package as they can only do it as part of the contents. Basically you just nominate a full amount for contents and the windsurfing gear is part of it.
Even covered overseas..
Phew I can relax now.. Ended up cheaper too although we got a 20% discount due to having another policy with them.
