I use 29 - 34cm single in it for blasting, seems to convert to a 19cm Delta.

Tail width 43.5cm. Fin box farther forward than u lot use of course, rear of box at 95mm, rear fin at 120mm.

Use with a 6.4 or 7.0m on broad reach. Am I on the right track?

21 would be better with those sails IMHO. For my Fanatic 99 (60w) I use a 20 Tribal delta or 29-33 weed speeds with 6.3 & 7.0m race sails. For my 52w Carbon Art slalom I use an 18 Tribal delta or 25-29 weed speeds with 5.8 & 6.3 sails - 16 delta would work too.

Not a delta but easy to get in PB plus a very versatile fin. The 21 works great in my fsw on ocean or harbour with small wave sails and regularly used it in my Rocket 95 on the local flat water speed strip with a 5.9 freerace. Have used PB deltas and my fav is def the Fangy. Mr Fangman (Ross) may even be able to track down a good used one as did that for me not long ago

Loving the chase though . 30 feels bloody dangerous in chop . I think above 40 is reserved for special people in special locations .

I'm sure Mark could do 40 across the shallow reef at southern end of Corros.
Jumping the little waves over the back can be exciting at speed, in knee deep water, with solid limestone underneath, though.

No he can't
He did 30kn there on a quad and coming over the back of the little 20-30cm high waves is not nice when you know some of it is knee deep reef.

EDIT maybe more like 28kn and may have even been a FSW I dunno it was a while back.

Imax might be right I'm wondering what size 4-cam crazyspeednuts sail to get just in case. Cos I mean, I could just knock out a bigger speed board for sh1ts n giggles and see what happens....

We've tried Pt Gregory, it looks good on paper, but we haven't had much success there. There's some good speed been done at Exmouth, if you get the tide right. Inside the reef between Chapmans and St George, may be ok with the right wind direction and low tide.

A 6,3 ,is a good size for WA if your 97 kgs like me .as max says you'll be sorry a turtle box fin is easily turned into a powerbox
bit of sanding and a little add ,done it a couple of times ,you would do it in a hour with your skills .
I'm hoping to do boobbay ,Late November if tides line up ,even Denham ,low tides over the thick weed is ok ,I've had a PB there .
