How do you copy a video from a seabreeze forum and paste into a folder on your PC?

not sure but.... I think all the videos on seabreeze are actually links.

You would need to go the the origin website (vimeo/you tube/daily motion..) and extract the video from there (using the appropriate software)
Here's one on line you can use, you paste the link and download the video to your hard drive
