It's so hard to know. If there's no sign the bands might fail, (small cracks across the bands), and no sign of water entry. It could be worth about $100, to somebody that needs a compliant gps in a hurry.
Even buying a new GW60 is a gamble, but if yours is a couple of years old, with no bad signs on the bands, that may mean it's got good bands and may last for a while. Batteries can also deteriorate after a while, if you can get 5 to 6 hours gps use from 1 charge, it's fairly good. If it's been sitting for a while, and all the buttons still work, that's a sign it hasn't had water coming in through the buttons.
If any of these good signs are missing, then you'd be lucky for anybody to think about buying it.
