The GWlink mode is interesting, by any chance does it show up where usb devices normally do?
Some body was saying with the right software, you can change the mode of the device so it acts like a normal usb device so the utility isn't needed. I'm wondering if your device has somehow changed to that mode. If that's the case you may not need to use the utility.
Thanks Glyn, just had the same thing happen to my test unit. Sprayed a small amount of CRC into the socket, and worked the plug in and out a few times and it's come good. I think I'll do this on a regular basis from now on, maybe once a month or so if I remember.
