From Gp3s "my device" section i operated the sync with my Garmin account.
What's then? What's needed/supposed to do to find and post the performed session on GP3S?

I use the Garmin Appro Windsurf, and when the session is ended, my track is transferred to gp3s complete automated. In can direct choose the track with "post session" in gp3s.

Yes, i use the same setup , please be aware only sessions that have been recorded after the sync connection is activated will be synchronized. Earlier earlier sessions can be posted manually. There are some good vid's how to do this ?si=qn7lFnCWj_8YSuQ5

Despite trying everything to sync my 255 with gp3s, I've had no success. I can't find the session (which I assumed was already there) anywhere.
For now, I need to export the gpx file from the Connect desktop site and then upload it to gp3s..
Am i doing something wrong?

What app are you using ? As mentioned by rp6conrad it works pretty straightforward after you have done the setup.

AP PRO for recording the session.
Then I save the track.
I've already operated the connection to my Garmin through gp3s. (Should i check "remember my profile ?)
After the session i log in on gp3s and I go to my sessions but I find nothing related to the last one just performed.

I can find my Garmin sessions under "post session" :

Despite i recorded a foiling session, to be sure, i did check also in the fin section of the site. Both of them i found nothing.
I've also tried at different stages before giving up and posting in "manual mode"

Have you set your watch to record every second? The default "smart" recording will be rejected by GP3S.

Might also be worth trying to re-connect your accounts. It should just work as described by rpconrad.

Lastly, manual uploads need to be FIT files, not GPX. The Garmin GPX files do not contain doppler-derived speeds.
