And the speed genie setting of 10knts is good for alphas, but it means you have to stop at the end of your speed run to see the last result. If you want to be able to sail back upwind and still see your last down wind run, you need to set this number above your upwind speed.

This is the latest utility for the alpha software, if you don't have the alpha software, it's advisable to do the update.
