change Grand Masters to Greybeards class ???

Hi Guys, who thinks this would be a good idea. I don't really get the grand masters name and think Greybeards would better fit the fun/good time image of the gtc.

I always go away to a dirtbike enduro/desert race every winter and are always in the greybeard class for us old blokes. we always have a tradition that you don't have a shave for a month before so you have the full greybeard for the ride.
love the look of the young blokes when you pass them and they see you are a greybeard.

Have a local sponsor offering to give us good cash to run a speed event at Beachport in January and looking at bringing in the greybeard class and start at tradition.

we could also have a special class for wrangers- it could be called the gingerbeards.. arrr captain ginger beard! arrrr

Geez Jamie, it took me ages to get to the "Grand Masters" stage and I was starting to like the name and its Jedi like connotations
And it would take me about a year to grow a beard

I wonder what our female grand masters would think?

I was just thinking that the idea doesn't appeal at all...

We could do a Monty Python and strap on a beard I guess...?
