Just take the card out and use a card reader. You can save the internal logger to the card first so you can get the data from both.

I just ran into the same issue, see www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/Windsurfing/Gps/GT31-USB-drivers-and-Windows-81 for reference. That solved my issues with NaviLink connection on windows 11. Picking the correct driver version (3.3.2.102) during the installation process is crucial, I actually missed that point first. However, as sailquik already said, I'm happy I got it solved but will likely never actually use the app-based transfer.

Rolling back to an older version of the Prolific driver helped a lot.
