Whats the norm for time average 2 secs 5 seconds?? just want to set my gps up correctly

did you meen for 2SEC max and average 5/10
or average of 2sec and 5sec ???

If standard settings for GTC
you need to have SBN 1sec, and in settings average need to be on 10
Also, as DanP said, follow mtbest setup to be shure that all other is correct as must be. cheers

I'm trying to update my GT31 which I haven't touched for maybe 3 years. I'm reading through Tom's guide but he's talking about a small switch inside the SD card slot. I know my eyes aren't fantastic but I can't see it. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Also, I can't find my installation disk. Can I download the USB-serial driver from anywhere?
