Should you have purchased item from an outlet here in WA, the outlet "must" support the warrantee guidelines. Some will try the old adage, "oh we need to send it back to supplier to see what they say" or "you need to send it yourself"
If faulty, the shop must refund or replace.
This is sadly a trait some have adopted, knowing full well that the legal ramifications are the shop when taking funds, then assumes responsibility for warrantee. What they do in back ground with supplier has nothing to do with up front support to/with customer.
In saying this Loco, are very quick to help if you get stuck regardless.
Last but not least, seven days to get replacement ex overseas. Anything longer than that is rubbish.
