Is there a flat speed course that's good in an Easterly around Geelong?

Yer Swan Bay but it needs to be very windy offshore the locals told me.
Not sure about direction of wind

Swan bay low tide... park at end of swan bay rd... wallow thru the mud and you can run along sandbar for 2+ kilometres

Maybe just a little further away are MARS Landing (Area 45) in Andersons inlet near Inverloch, and Shallow Inlet (Sandy Point). Both require low tide.
