What brand of earphones are people using with their phones while sailing?

I find the blue tooth ones are the best, there's better control of volume, the wire ones can be a bit quiet while sailing.
But I stuffed up my first good blue tooth ones by inappropriately recharging it, and drowned the cheap Chinese ones, that weren't really waterproof. At the moment I'm still using cheap Chinese wired ones that have lasted several sessions. But they are for a media player not phone, the difference is the number of contacts on the connecting plug. A music player has 3 contacts and a phone has 4 connections to allow for a microphone. The three contacts work OK until it gets a bit wet, then every bump starts and stops the music, randomly changes tracks, and worse case, turns the display off. Where as my standard phone supplied non waterproof earphones don't cause any of these problems. So I'd advise, if you don't go blue tooth, then make sure you get a 4 contact plug.
I've now silasticed the earphone plug. It gave me some problems yesterday, but I'm not sure what the cause was.

Just bought but not yet tested BLUEANT Bluetooth, if that's what you had decrepit I would be interested to know how not to stuff them up when charging.

No you may be in luck, I got the Pyle PSWBT7BK Active Sport blue tooth phone earphones.

The manual says to only use their cable for charging, and not to put any stress on the plug. I forgot about this and plugged it into the car cigarette lighter usb charger, there wasn't much room in the console box, and I must have out a bit of force on the connection.
The Pyle's worked well but I'm reluctant to buy them again, as I feel they're too delicate, it's easy for me to forget stuff like, "use the right cable".

I had the Pyle Bluetooth earphones. They worked well until I lost them. I'm now using H2O wire earphones which also work very well. You just have to make sure the plug connection is sound by rotating the plug in the socket when connecting. I prefer the H2O wire earphones over the Bluetooth earphones because there is one less device to recharge.

I use a Gath helmet. From the pictures of the Jabees it looks like there might be a clearance issue with the helmet pressing on the earphones. How far out of the ear do the Jabees protrude (millimeters) ?

I'm presently using Sony Sbh70 earphones and while they have great sound when dry, the volume is low. They also just sit at the edge of the ear (not inserted into the ear canal like the Jabees) so wind noise is an issue and they can be jiggled out of the ear when sailing over big chop. The Sonys are good earphones if one was sitting at a desk but marginal for windsurfing.

ooops sorry, I didn't see the question...

they sit on the bottom part of the ear, but if the helmet covers the ear they could be a nuisance. Never seen a gath in real so can't really help you.
