Hi all, my GT-31 received a bump between my arm and my boom yesterday resultant in cracked LCD and now display is gone ....the unit is outwardly ok ..inside an aquapac.
Any recourse for warranty claim you think on the basis these are meant to be shockproof?
Keen to hear if anyones experienced similar and had a good result with Locosys replacing the unit..?

MoB, I have just had the same thing happen except the internal LCM was damaged.
I sent it to locosys for repairs under warranty because all i could tell is that the screen stopped working.
When they opened it up the found the damage.
Repaired and sent back within 12 days free of charge.
