This was my first run back down the course yesterday just in cruise mode getting my bearings. I didn't get in close to the bank until the end but you get the general idea of just how nice it is to sail here. Sorry no music Rad Lad.

Nice one snags, what size did you have up? Looks like I went a week early ( or late).

Phil,
Yes the wind was one week late. On the vid I was sailing the iS101, 7.5 Koncept and 37 KA Sl fin. Stopped on the bank and was surprised to see 33.5knots on the GT-31. Headed straight back up on second run and then snapped my harness spreader bar right at the top of the course so sailed all the way back down. Made the decision then to change down board and sail to iS76 and 6.6 Koncept. Should've tried the 7.5 on the iS76 but in reality don't think it would have been any better. All in all a great days sailing and had a blast in the afternoon on high tide battling the chop across the flats.

You can see the GPSTC session here gpsteamchallenge.com.au/sailor_session/show?date=2011-03-27&team=20

PS -Didn't get any good vid footage on the smaller gear as I took the camera off after one slogging run and threw it in a bag on the bank. Never even entered my mind that anyone could have picked Kelly's bag up but pretty safe place that Burrum Heads.
