Bit wild for the ocean, keen to get some hot laps down.

Any ideas where might be sheltered??

looks like it's turned E, you could try Kyeemagh, will be choppy but safe, or George's river on riverside drive. If you can sail into Woolooware bay from there it will be nice and flat. Not sure how consistent the wind is in an easterly though.

place to be is canton, patchy, but crazy flat, or the more consistient lake munmorah, not as flat, but not bad, bryon did about 37kts there yesterday
