Insane winds hitting Sandy Point overnight. The Prom had 64 knots gusting over 80 kts in the early hours of the morning. It was still gusting 60 after dawn. I think there might be some interesting tales coming up in posts tonight. Very disappointed I could not get away from work today! :-(

It looks like Lake Illawarra got some of the action today too...

Donuts Mr Daff!! Got there and the tide was up past the steps with locals telling us the cows where under water last night with the surge and by the time the tide dropped so did the wind, just nice cruising next time..........

Oh, I say, thats really bad luck chaps.
Look at the upside though. At least I didn't waste another sickie. 😄
