I have 2 NavSparks but then noticed that their binary protocol has no SDOP or other speed accuracy value. So I let it be. But I made another logger using Fubarino SD and 128x64 OLED and the uBlox NEO 6m. First it was writing 5Hz .ubx files and displayed the 2s, 10s and 5x10s speeds to the OLED. But then I noticed the .ubx is not really supported yet by the software available around so I changed it to save 1Hz .sbp files. It worked fine, etc. but it won't make it into a product. I'm just a programmer.
Now I'm using the GT-31 again with the Canmore f-porter 102+ and the Suunto Ambit 2S as they are good enough for the speed contests here in Finland.
You will find that GPS-Results supports UBX file format. Manfred has made some 10hz loggers using UBlox chipsets and they have tested very well.:-)
