I know there are discussions on the Seabreeze Forum regarding the durability of the LOCOSYS GW60 wrist strap.

American Ice Sailor Jeff Brown sent me these images of a heavy duty wrist strap for the GW60 GPS.

He is a World Record GPS Record for Ice Boarding.

He also makes sails for Ice Boarders.

This project looks like standard sail materials.

This could be a solution for riders who want a heavier strap for windsurfing, ice sailing, kiteboarding, skiing, etc.
