thanks for the comments everyone ,the wind picked up a bit more later in the day and the 110 felt big ,as it is rated best sails 7,0 -8,0 ,I was getting to tired to change sails
so I changed down to the 100 litre Exocet 34 fin and used the downhaul winch to pull the 7,0 Venom to Max setting, amazing what a 7,0 race sail can handle as winds where up to 26 knots in the end ,but I am probably 100 kgs with wetsuit now , we don't get the wind we use to back in the day ,but glad to get a good day in with the right tides .accidentally left work at 11am And was packing up at 3,30 pm ,Magnesium and 3 beers maybe more calmed me down ,and a good pub feed .

what a day ,it was a good birthday present ,it really is the best present a windsurfer can have ,a day off with good wind and perfect tides ,
