hi folks,

i'm just starting out windsurfing and have been on my dad's 30yr old tiga, which has been working well for learning, but various parts keep breaking on it...
i can beach start, get up and go no problems, just learning waterstarts and turning.
i weigh about 80kg, and want to get set up on second hand gear for around $500-1000? preferably in the lower regions as i'm a student with not a huge amount of cash!

Firstly you wanna know exactly how much your willing to spend , then head down to your local or nearest windsurfing shop and have a chat with them , tell them what you need and how much you have, if the shop is half decent then you will walk out of there a bit poorer and with a big grin on your face
