By watching the video, you are in effect downloading it.
Look in the "Temporary Internet Files" folder and sort by either
i) file size
ii) file type
iii) internet address
to find it. It has file extension .flv and there are many free players you can download to play it.
VLC media player is a good start.

'Temporary internet files' folder is located here in case you have trouble finding it. (windows xp running Internet Exploder. (or something like that)
C:Documents and Settings*username*Local Settings*Temporary Internet Files
{edit} DANG it keeps deleting the backslash. Pu tin a backslash where i now put in * {edit}
(And username is your username on your compuda. of course.)
Its easiest to sort by filesize because .flv files are always in the gigabyte range so they will be right at the top. You might have to rename them and change the file extension to .flv if it comes up as .mp4 when you copy it.
Also, not all you choobs write to the temporary internet files and I haven't found where they do write them.
