I have been getting cramps in my feet since i started kiting (7months) and have now got a bad injury in right foot upper middle of foot , awaiting xray results could be a stress fracture according to doctor . just wondering if there are any ways to add support to bindings to reduce impact , for when I'm back on deck also just wondering how common an injury is this and if there are any stretches or advice any one may have cheers

With your sense of humour you should be windsurfing. Yes there are still windsurfers out there. Anyone can join. The operation is quite cheap these days
