thought l bring up a discussion on how do top brand sail makers pre rig sails without putting any creases or ripples on the new sails l have tried to rig a new sail out of the bag & no matter how careful you are theirs always some sort of mark on the sail when derigged my answer is how do they do it or do they pre rig all sails before leaving the factory.

Do they actually rig them? I think Ezzy do, but they are so tough, you would be flat out noticing it if someone drove over it before you got it.

Every new sail I have bought from another company seems to have dodgy bits in the monofilm. No perfectly smooth panels, and always a fold or line in the film itself.
