Today I've noticed my Fiberspar 430 was cracked, near the place it is attached to the boom.

The crack is along the mast (longitudinal) and near 10 cm length.

Has someone fixed something like this before?

I was thinking of a fix with fiberglass, but I am unsure it will work.

dad says it is very hard to fix a mast that is cracked there.
better off replacing the mast or at least trying to get a new section.

Trash it. I had a mast break on me last year while I was sailing,it was a long swim home.

Why risk it

sounds like the boom has crushed it. To get the mast back to full strength it would need to be fixed from the inside. Unless you have a mini robot a very hard ask.

Think Ercorn is right, trash it.
