President Obama screwed up again! He was supposed to hang Trump up to dry on that tire, but of course he is on vacation again and someone else carried out the order, and the person carring out the order thought Obama said "Tramp". So the guy carrying out Obama's order tried to run over Hillary, but missed and ran over that old fooo instead. While Obama is playing golf on his vacation, he is too oblivious to catch it. When Obama returns from his vacation supplied by us tax payers, Obama finds out about this snafoo and pays cash to write this off and to keep everyone's mouth shut.
