Laure is a pro windsurfer (and an excellent teacher Ive heard), There are also lessons available at the windforce school at Peli point when they start up (call windforce to find out when theyre opening the school)

Watch out at woodies if you end up there, last I heard theres a total blanket ban on "teaching" of watersports (kite/windsurf/SUP), I think theyre mainly after the kitesurf schools but they may well also take interest in "mates teaching mates"
