This is the guchie wood version. Thanks go to wormy for some ideas and guidance.
This one has hardwood uprights throughbolted to the trailer, 9mm waterproof ply for the paneling. Interior racks unscrew to leave an enclosed trailer if needed. Back door is western red cedar t&G planks. The trailer is a 12 years old 7x4 gal box trailer and had an extended drawbar from new so works well with the 2.9m length of the interior. I can add another row of racks under the first two if needed, but for now its ample for all my usual gear and camping stuff.

Just finished in time for a trip to sydney via hopefully Burrum, Caloundra, Wello, Iluka and Hawks Nest. Hope this doesn't kill the green arrows for the next couple a weeks.

Cheers, we got a bit of breeze last couple of days. I'm camping out at hervey bay this weekend and also hoping the winds stays a bit longer than the graphs say. Will catch up with you one day.

Great job indeed so I will be the rude one! Do you have a ball park figure on how much it cost you?

It looks great.

Well done

cost about $250 actually, the ply was 200 and some hinges and bolts and rubber made up the rest. Already had the rest of the wood, epoxy and paint from other projects, so not too bad really. Main cost was labour (free) but used about 2-3 hours a day for 2 weeks, I'd guess 40hours total with a bit of umming and arring and shuffling boards around to ensure things were going to fit efficiently.
