Adjustable tail rocker. Tail rocker has similar effect to cutouts, less lift at back of board to keep nose up.

So is this the same Windtech company from the 90s? And the adjustable tail looks like a "Tinker" tailed board from the same era , so what's the improvement ?

I don't believe Windtech owner/designer Neil Scheltema and associate Matt Holder would be promoting a bad product. The boards look good. I have noted they are not as wide as some boards and a little longer. That probably makes them easier handling in chop and stronger winds so perhaps more versatile. The pricing appears competitive, If you order a board and trust in it not much can go wrong.

What sort of fins are being used in these boards?
Does the tail make them fin sensitive/specific?
Need a smaller or bigger fin?
how about weed fins?

Having now been riding them for a few months I would make these observations.
The adjustable tail works a bit like adjusting downhaul on a sail or changing fin sizes without leaving the water
I'm now using smaller sails and smaller fins than I was on conventional slalom boards. ( the Vector Rockets seem to suite )
On a normal reach they seem to to be able to stay with the Isonics and RRD X fires.
Up wind I'd say they are better and they seem to be able to go deeper with more control downwind.
They plane through lulls better and handle chop better.

But for me the kicker is I'm enjoying sailing so much more than the last few years with these boards
