By the look of the pic below, it may have a dacron luff roach.....

Well I ditched NP due to lack of a stable wavesail.

The one company with the most models and resources, the best durability, is more about fashion now

Following Ezzy Taka lead?

Yeah looks like it and others will follow no doubt. Has anyone tried the Taka?

Yeah Windlure I use them mate. Have been generally really happy with the Taka. They are surprisingly stable for a sail with less than 4 full battens. I had a go on a mates new 2019 Severne Blade with 5 battens & it gave me a renewed appreciation for how well the Ezzy handles. The Blade is a really nice sail, I find the Ezzy to be almost as stable & with similar levels of grunt. When going down the line the Taka depowers really nicely. If the wind is gusty or you are sailing cross on, probably better to look for a sail with more battens. I think the Taka is best in the bigger sizes when wind is light and you are slogging around. You can set the sail to be really full but still depower once on a wave. I think a sweet spot would be 5.3 Taka & then 4.7 & 4.2 Elite. I've ordered some 2019 Elites to compare & see which style I prefer for the future. Will write a review when I get them in a few weeks.
