After a good sesh and putting my rig back in the car, it tends still be a little wet and trash my seats. Is there a decent bag so I can transport my sails, masts and boom while keeping the car clean?

Sail and gear bags need to breathe and drain.
Line the inside of your car with a plastic tarp.

Rear seats down and a big bit of old carpet cut to size, been doing that for all my cars for a very long time.

It works great. Not a drop of water in the car. I have a shorter version Sails, boom and small bits and pieces inside, board and masts sitting on top slightly inclined so water drips into the bag.

I Would prefer all companies make sail bags and kite backpacks without mesh for breezing. I would prefer waterproof bags and if I need things to breeze, I can just unzip the bag a bit. I can list a few advantages of having watertight bags for gear..

Answering your question. Go to amazon and search for waterproof storage bags, Christmas tree bags. They cost a few bucks and will absolutely accomodate your wet wetsuits, gear etc and they are made of nice material and will take zero space in your car.

Go to a motor/boat trimmer or sail maker and get a bag made for transporting your sails in the car. Or alternatively be a tight@rse like me and just take an extra couple of towels and wrap the ends of your sails with a towel for the trip home, there's usually never enough water to soak through the towels.

Thanks! Indeed I don't need an expensive bag that will still leak. All it needs to do is hold the water in for about 1h till I get home' I've been thinking about a beach umbrella bag, but Christmas tree bags may even be better.

Move to a place where your gear can dry up quickly out of the sun and don't sail when it's raining.

Yep. Think outside of the box. If something is not produced by Dakine or Mystic it doesn't mean it's not there. Christmas tree bags go up to 9/10 feet long. Those Ikea clear bags are awesome for anything smaller such as fins, wetsuits, swimwear etc.. and fit super nicely into the trunk. Take 0 space when folded. I have 3. I wish Ikea made them same size on 2 dimensions and about 8-9 feet long.

I had a family member with some sewing skills make simple bags out of tarpaulin from the local construction market. (? 10 for 3x4m)
Take the heavy duty variant and they last for 10 years.

For wetsuits I got a big plastic square bucket (50 liters) used for mixing plaster/stucco/cement from the same store. (Also ? 10)

Custom bags would be awesome. Jealous you had a family member with sewing machine. Used sewing machines are super cheap on ebay but I never gotten into that, yet. Once I do, I will be sewing my own sails - aka massive waste of time.
I had a big clear plastic box in my car for half a decade and it worked super well but it takes space when empty so it got replaced by ikea clear waterproof bags.
