Hi all, i've been staying at Lake Macquarie for a few days but there just hasn't been much wind. I'm thinking of heading north to Wallis lake today as the north-easter is forecast to be stronger up there. It's a decent sized lake so I'm assuming it's deep enough to foil in. Is that right? Any tips for a launching spot? Thanks, Greg
Thanks for all the info. I had a look around. Very crowded on Easter Sunday with lots of boat traffic but a nice wide waterway. The wind didn't eventuate so I continued north and I'm staying the night at Nambucca heads. I don't think it'll be much good in the river here as it's fairly narrow and trees on the south eastern side would cause rotor
