Most of the wave riding is in Esperance. The water is just so clear! Love that place.

I was in WA at the start of January, I was amazed at how perfect the water is. Amazing footage and editing, Dieter Der Van Eyken Awesome Freestyle, It amazes me how people can do this some of that stuff.

Nah, had some 7D footage as well.
Pretty disappointed with the Vimeo quality, but that is the best I could get.

Must admit as a WA local that yesterday afternoon I went to the beach for a sail in the afternoon sea-breeze, and went home again without sailing after deciding that the water wasn't blue and clear enough for my liking (it was a bit overcast).

Maybe I am spoilt and need to HTFU.... ;-)

I did score everywhere I went, winds and waves, didn't sail for about 5 days in the 4 weeks I spent there.

Esperance was incredible, best spot I have ever been!

Sweet vid of the west / Gero has been going off all season - great to see some great sailors on the water this year. Dieter was amazing to watch & Jaeger has been blitzing

Esperance an almost identical setup to Gerroa hey Nick...but dat water Scored a memorable two weeks there a few years back, such a nice area of the coast too, much nicer than being troughed out in Gero :D

Haha, yeah pretty much, the water is unbelievable! Need to go back... Next year... Recovering from going crazy for 5 weeks, tear in my obliques and a browsed leg, should be sweet in 2 or 3 weeks. Catch ya soon on the water
