They have screw in vents, does anybody now if that's the same thread as ordinary bungs???

no the thread is not as fine, goretex vents arent ment to be removed once in the board

Get in touch with James at CarbonArt - he uses Goretex vents on his boards, and may be able to send you one.. I'm sure he'll be happy to advise regardless.
