Hi

Has anyone ever used the shims that come with Norths Warps to tune the sail.

I have had a bit of a play and it appears that the shaped shims will only fit the three inducers from and including the cross over batten one but not fit the bottom inducer.
Anyway I am assuming that you could increase the draft and therefore low end power by adding them between the inducer and the batten sleeve ?

Thanks

The spacers are more of a tuning aid to help cam rotation and draft stability. The wont really increase low end power. Low end power on the Warps can be increased by putting lots of tension in your lower three battens. The spacers should be able to fit on the bottom cam too.
