As this is my first winter since taking up windsurfing seriously I don't know if the lack of wind we've been having in Victoria is common for the cooler months.

It seems to rarely get above 15knots, and on those days it's usually raining and freezing cold.

This no wind weather is normal for this time of year usually we get some good wind in june and july, it aint going to be warm though But if u can get to Green Point on a good 25 knot N day with 20 or so people on the water you will forget how cold it is very quickly . Be patient the wind will come soon

Well I live in the North-East of Tasmania and with having to work and no wind I haven't been out for at least 6 weeks. If the wind doesn't arrive soon I'm going to kill something.

Been bad down south as well, luckily for a few weeks I've been suffering from ulcerous pus filled abscess' caused by a Staph infection - better now and got the longboard out yesterday.

Sydney has been no better guys! I am also first year into it and May has been terrible with even big boat sailing boring.
ALthough, if the wind graph stays is it is I will be 'out of the office' Wednesaday afternoon!!!
