Has anyone flown with Tiger recently with windsurf kit or a surfboard?
I think you could get away with pretending your windsurf kit is a surfboard but can you squeeze gear that is longer than 1.9m past the checkin guys?
Has anyone tried this?

budget airlines like tiger make their money by charging for extras i.e. luggage.
you aint likely to squeeze anything by tiger checkin without paying.

I think he is asking about people with real experience doing it, I know I have done it with the equivalent airlines in the UK. Most check in staff don't even have a tape measure or know how to read one.
