Hi,
I have a new series of 2020 Gators. Am waiting on delivery of new RDM mast for the 5.7, but wonder if I should rig it on the old SDM mast I have while I wait. I know both mast types are recommended, but wonder if the sail will stretch differently if I use the SDM first, causing a slight difference in rigging when I switch mast types.
maybe I should be patient and wait for my new mast?

wait. Or you will forever wandering if in those certain conditions the SDM would have been better.

This will haunt you for ever, wait for the RDM and just use that.......Been there, done that, just use the RDM.
