Excuse my ignorance but what are these guys wearing under their rashies that make them look so puffy? Impact vests, life vests, hydration packs?

We were wearing life jackets, some had camel packs as well.

I had three bouyancy vests, two camel packs and a flare in my pocket.

Anyone know if any of the Helicopter photos/video of the marathon has been posted anywhere on the net?
