No, not at the inlet for flat water and chop jumping. Usually, you can park almost at waters edge.

For surf sailing, you have to carry your gear over the sand dunes on the track from the car park. About 150 meters.
Low tide Sunday is just before dark at Inlet. High tide at about 1pm. From the charts and todays observation, it does not look like it will be a very high tide, so it should be good sailing and some flat water from about 2-3pm onwards.
Tides for the surf beach are 1.5hrs earlier.
If you come, bring smallish sails!
