The other thing is that for years, the Olympic ratings breakdown has been released, sport by sport. The simple, undeniable, indisputable fact is that faster and more radical sports don't rate better, so there's no evidence at all that foils will boost windsurfing.
After getting the labs back from testing the water, it doesn't look good they say. High levels of toxins and contaminates in the water.
