This sail doesn't use that old complicated string system . It's new and very simple ,
There is a plastic plate sewn into the sail that the batten slides into , then there are two holes in that plate that the cambers swing on.Solid as a rock, think I like it.

Had to change a camber on it just recently, and that bloody string set-up is a pain in the arse!!! Took about four beers!
I have not sailed it yet .I also have a H2 8.7 that I love.
Did u break the camber or the little ****ty plastic strung in plastic bit that the batten slides into ?
And was it the batten above the boom end ?
Yep, the one exactly as you mentioned. Must be a weak point!
Anyway, all fixed after I sourced parts from Hong Kong!!
(Replaced the whole camber while I was at it.)
One ****ty little part ruined my day! Looked back at the video and it broke on my second run. (Not Happy!)
Still a awesome sail though.
